What Is Builder Trend?
BuilderTrend is a tool Eddleman Residential uses to create transparency and have more efficient, centralized communication for our customers. You can use BuilderTrend to request Selection Upgrades, send messages to the construction team, see pictures of progress on your home, and if needed submit Warranty Requests up to one year after closing.
Please note this tool is for Eddleman Residential built homes. If you are purchasing a home from Eddleman Realty that is being built by another builder, please contact your agent for directions on how to contact your builder.
