Once you’ve decided on a floor plan you love, you’ll have a plan review to go over your floor plan with the Eddleman Residential team. This will be an opportunity to discuss structural options for you to choose from. You’ll also have a design appointment with the designer who will take you through your design choices. If you should choose any upgraded structural or design options, those will need to be paid in full. It is important to note that these structural and design changes must be made at specific times during the construction process.

No, Eddleman Residential doesn’t build custom homes. However, we have a large amount of floor plans to choose from with options to suite your needs. In addition, you can make structural and design changes to personalize your home. We want you to have the home you love!

A Homeowner’s Association, or HOA for short, helps keep property values up due to the governing of maintenance and exteriors on the homes. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is used in many communities to review and approve those exteriors, fence placements, and more. The HOA also ensures the upkeep of common areas. Depending on the community, neighborhood events are put on to create a lifestyle you’ll love by the HOA.
